When you place an order you will automatically receive
an email of confirmation.
The receipt of your order does not mean that it will be accepted,
We reserve the right to refuse an order at our own discretion.
Your order will only be accepted by us, when we dispatch your goods and you will be notified by email.
Only at this time will a binding contract will be formed between us.
All products are subject to availability. 

DELIVERY
All delivery times are estimates only, however we will endeavour to
deliver your goods within the allotted time.
We will not accept any liability for any costs incurred by you, resulting from the failure to
meet estimated delivery dates.
There is only one delivery charge per order.

RETURNS POLICY

30 DAY MONEY BACK GUARANTEE
With Frightlings you have a full 30 day money back guarantee
starting with the day you receive your goods.

You are required to inform us in writting / email of your intention to return unwanted goods

Items must be returned in a New / Origional condition, unworn with any guarantees, warranties and instructions, complete with origional packaging.

A) We cannot accept returns for any item that has been altered,
for example - re-sized, shorterned, engraved or changed in any way from its origional condition.

B) We cannot accept returns for items that have been specially ordered / designed to
your own personal specifications.

C) We cannot accept returns for items such as earrings and body jewellery due to
hygiene reasons, unless these items are faulty.

We advise that you return your item by an insured delivery method, for example
Royal Mail Special Delivery. As we will not issue a refund for any item lost in transit back
to us.

We do not refund the cost of delivery charges, either origional or returns, with the
exception of items returned due to faults

FAULTY ITEMS
If your item developes a fault within its guarantee period, we will offer you the choice of
a full refund, repair or replacement item (if available). Provided the fault is not due to
missuse of the product on your part.

YOUR RIGHT OF CANCELLATION

Under the consumer protection Distance Selling Regulations you have the right to cancel
your contract with us. To cancel your contract you are required to notify un in writting /
email within 15 days of the receipt of your item. We will refund the purchace price of your
returned product within thirty days of written notification of cancellation.

There are no rights of cancellation for items that have been altered, specially made to
your specifications, or any item of jewellery that goes through the body.due to their
intimate nature, unless these items products are being returned to us, due to faults.
